Will we know for certain about the printed dossiers before December? And do we think this is this year solely or for the future as well?
Marla Nicole Roberts
49:02
Lindsey, we are hoping that we can remain paperless going forward.
lindseyowen
49:27
Very exciting! Thank you, Marla

We will only require the pdf to be submitted initially. Should the Provost's Office require a paper copy, we will have the Department print the document in the Spring before the College submits the dossier to the Provost.
Molly Lynn Green
51:14
Will the signatures in the dossier need to be adobe sign signatures? I know that when I combine multiple adobe signed documents into one PDF, typically it requires me to make it into a 'PDF Binder'. Is that acceptable, or does it need to be one solid PDF, not a binder?I hope that question makes sense.
Marla Nicole Roberts
52:38
Molly, the document will need to be in a single pdf and not in a pdf binder. We should be able to scroll continuously to read the document in one instead of flipping between documents in a pdf binder.
Molly Lynn Green
52:53
Perfect. Good to know. Thank you!
Rhonda Elizabeth Wynne Wallace

Please remind to use this one and not the one on the provost website.

Do we need to address somewhere in the dossier if the faculty member chooses to not display spring 2020 scores?

For promotion to full, which is the first semester we list for post-tenure teaching? Fall of the year we submitted or fall of the year after we received tenure?
Luis Cano
59:36
If scores are not included, can students’ comments from sp 2020 be added?
Krista Wiegand
59:54
That makes sense.

Is there an expectation of diversity in the types of courses that undergo peer evaluation for tenure? e.g., 100 and 300 level? I have received inconsistent advice
