Boundary setting is difficult for me in all aspects of my life. One thing I have learned (from TikTok) is "NO" is a complete sentence. I don't have to explain why I am setting a boundary about something/with someone. I am working on it, not perfect though.

I would like to say simply seeing and knowing that you aren't alone in feeling this way is helpful. We figure there are others, but this meeting actually showed that people that are our peers experience the same. Not feeling alone is huge.
