Is it possible to lower John's work station to accommodate him?
You can just verbally ask which should get the interactive process going.
Provide a light to flash at task change
Support from peers on how this will benefit them as well.
The employer may not be aware that the employee is hard of hearing so they would need to self-identify and then ask for a reasonable accommodation.

I have a question for Nathan, Does Disability Rights provide court advocates? We get that question a lot .
